OFFICIAL RULES & DISCLAIMERS

1. Eligibility:

This giveaway is open to all U.S. residents, ages 18 and older. There are no requirements related to income, medical history, or family circumstances. While this giveaway is in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, participation is open to everyone.

2. How Winners Are Chosen:

Winners will be chosen at random via a verified automated drawing system. There is no subjective selection process. This is not a contest based on personal stories or need.

3. Winner Requirements:

• Winners must already own land suitable for building a home or must close on land by January 1, 2026.
• All winners must have architectural plans completed and ready for permitting by the end of Q4 2025.
• Winners must agree to standard construction terms and contracts for a cost-plus project (with the general contractor's fixed fee waived).
• Winners are responsible for all construction-related costs outside of the waived fee (i.e., materials, subcontractor labor, permitting fees, utility hookups, etc.).

4. Timeline and Location:

Construction is expected to begin in early 2026. Build sites must be located within our service region (central Alabama and surrounding areas — final determination to be made by our team). Delays in land ownership or plan completion may result in disqualification.

5. Non-Transferable:

This prize is non-transferable. If a selected winner cannot meet the above criteria, another random entry will be selected.

6. Limitations and Disclaimers:

• We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the giveaway in the event of unforeseen legal, financial, or logistical issues.
• No purchase necessary to enter or win.
• This giveaway does not guarantee a free home or fully covered construction cost. It specifically waives the general contractor fixed fee.
• Winners may be asked to participate in marketing content (video, photos, testimonials, etc.) documenting the build process.
